Liquor License no. 31820453

We recognize that it is against the law to serve any person to intoxication. We recognize that it is against the law to serve or supply alcohol to any persons under the age of 18. We recognize it is against the law to allow intoxicated, disruptive or violent behavior to occur on the premises. We seek to insure that no harm comes to patrons as a result of our service of alcohol.

The following policies and procedures have been adopted to ensure the responsible service of alcohol.

Water is provided on a complimentary basis on request. We seek to create an environment that discourages, drunken, disruptive or violent behavior. We do not encourage rapid or excessive consumption of alcohol through pricing. Low and non alcoholic beverages are stocked. Staffs have been acquainted with this House Policy and are trained to implement it. If a staff member feels that a person is showing signs of intoxication, they will offer a range of options as an alternative to alcohol. If service is refused, the senior staff person will politely explain to the patron that we cannot legally serve alcohol to the point of intoxication.

Underage drinking
If a staff member believes that a person who is ordering or been supplied alcohol is under 18 years of age, they will request proof of age. If the person is less than 18 years of age, or refuse to produce identification, staff will refuse service and request senior staff or security to ask the patron to leave the venue. An incident book is maintained to record all incidents.

Disruptive, Violent or Intoxicated Behavior
Bridie O’Reillys does not allow intoxicated persons to enter venue. If a staff member becomes aware that a person’s behavior is becoming disruptive or violent they will notify a senior staff member or security .If the behavior is not reduced the patron will be asked to leave the venue.
